Well Fed Man is in fact a really skinny man named Matthew Kadey who thrives on being a guinea pig when it comes to putting new products in his pie hole (sometimes including pie). He is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition. When not sticking his head in the fridge and fingers in a tub of PB, he passes the time scribbling nutrition know-how for several magazines such as Men's Health, Muscle & Fitness, Women's Health and Fitness.
